What is the Randy Gage MLM Secret?Well truthfully, it isn’t much of a secret. Because I approach the business in a very rational, logical, and systematic way. You see I’m all about creating support infrastructure. This infrastructure is a collection of tools, systems, and training that shows people what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. Instead of “throwing the mud against the wall and see what sticks,” I believe you shouldn’t sponsor someone unless you have a plan for making them successful. And my career has been about taking ordinary people and showing them how to become extraordinarily successful in network marketing. Which is why I am writing this message to you…
Then this is the most important message you will ever read! Because - if you qualify - I want to help you do all these things and more! Let me explain… You may know, I stopped being a distributor about five or six years ago. Not because I wanted to, but because the company I was working with went out of business. Another victim of undercapitalization. Naturally that left a bad taste in my mouth and I was a little gun-shy after that. I needed some time to lick my wounds, and I was hesitant to start all over from scratch. I made a lot of cash, and I’m pretty good with money. I had my dream home, drove my dream cars and lived a dream lifestyle. So I spent a few years doing prosperity workshops, wrote five books, and did some consulting work with key leaders in the industry. And meanwhile all of these people I was training, coaching, and mentoring were making more and more money. And I wasn’t getting any residual. Which if you know me, you know I think is a crime against nature! So I made the decision that it was time to get back into the business and build a network again. I thought I would quickly find a new program to work and jump into action. Things didn’t quite work out that way… I searched for 18 months, looking for a program that I would be willing to put my name behind. A program where I could create wealth, and it could offer the same options to my people. You see I was not interested in a top heavy program that would pay me big bucks, but not my people. And I wasn’t looking for any “sweetheart deal” that couldn’t be duplicated by my group. I wanted to find an MLM company that could stand on its own merits, and offer the opportunity for financial freedom to anyone who was willing to make a commitment and do the work. I looked at dozens of companies. And couldn’t find even one I would join… Because remember, this is not my first rodeo. I’ve been on the inside and at the highest levels. I know what causes companies to fail, and what causes them to hit that elusive exponential growth curve. And after being in two start ups that didn’t make it, I have a greater understanding about what has to be done differently for an upstart company to survive the bumps in the road and make it big. The company you join is important; one of the most critical decisions you’ll ever make in your career. And which company is the right one for you, depends in large part on who you are and what you are looking to accomplish. Every company is not right for every person.
How to Choose the Right Opportunity for You...You can break down the different types of opportunities into four categories. Depending on what outcome you’re looking for, will determine what category is the best one for you. Let’s look at them: Category One includes the money games, chain letters, the travel or gas cards, the grocery, stamp, or recipe clubs, and all the other scams. Obviously no one of integrity wants anything to do with these, and I never considered them. And I hope you don’t either. Category Two is the “old school” guys. These are the long-term, huge companies that have matured in the marketplace. Companies like Amway, Shaklee, Nu Skin, Herbalife, etc. These companies have been around a long time and figure to be around a long time more. I have nothing bad to say about these programs. They were the pioneers and we all stand on their shoulders. But I chose not to join an old school company myself… That’s because of my goals. I didn’t rejoin the business to make a few thousand dollars a month. As you know, I make a lot of money already. I joined the business again because I wanted to create great wealth. And I don’t think you can do that with old school companies. Don’t get me wrong. I think they are fine companies. If you tell me you want to make an income of a few thousand dollars a month, I would suggest you join one of them. But if you tell me you want to create real wealth, then I believe they aren’t the best option for you. Those companies have reached maturity in the marketplace, and the “legacy” positions in them have been filled. People who joined early have made fortunes. But if you want to duplicate that, I believe that ship has already sailed. Category Three companies are the ones that have been around for years, eking out an existence, but never really hit it big. I won’t embarrass them by naming them here, but you know the companies I am talking about. They have been hanging around for seven, 10 or even 15 years, but never hit the exponential growth curve. They recruit by saying things like, “We’ve been around ten years and we haven’t even hit critical mass yet.” But the truth is, they never will. There are a million possible reasons why companies like these never caught on. Maybe the product has no traction, the comp plan produces the wrong behavior, weak management, bad management, dumb management, or any one of a host of other possibilities. Companies don’t hit critical mass after 12 or 15 years. If you‘re going to hit it, you’re going to do it early on. Obviously you don’t create wealth in companies that don’t hit it big, and even a steady income is hard work, so I certainly wasn’t interested in joining one of these companies. What I was looking for was a Category Four company. These are the new start-up companies that stand a fighting chance to become the next big thing. The future “old school,” multi-billion-dollar companies. I was looking for a Category Four company - because that’s where true wealth is created, and new fortunes are made. Well it took me 18 months, but I finally uncovered a little-known new company that meets ALL of the Category Four criteria to be the next multi-billion dollar company in the industry.
